Data controller

Gomme & Service Italia S.r.l., registered office at Piazza G. Verdi 6, 16121 Genova (GE), Italy, VAT/tax number IT-02650951998 ("Controller", "we"), is the data controller for the personal data collected through the never-stop.eu website (the "Site"). For any request regarding the processing of your personal data, contact us at info@never-stop.eu.

Data collected

We only collect data you provide directly or that is strictly necessary for the Site to function:

• Order data: first name, last name, email address, country, phone number (optional) and any notes left at checkout (optional).
• Shipping address: street and number, apartment/suite if applicable, city, postal code and state/province — required to physically deliver the product you purchased.
• Contact and Dealer form data: name, email, phone, message and, for dealer applications, company name and VAT number.
• Payment data: the Site never receives or stores your card or account details — payment is handled entirely by PayPal, which acts as an independent data controller for this data. We only store the PayPal order identifier and the payment outcome.
• Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type — used only for Site security (e.g. protection against abusive automated requests) and for the Site to work correctly, never for advertising profiling.

Purpose of processing

• Order management and fulfilment: payment processing via PayPal, order confirmation and status update emails, handling return or support requests.
• Handling requests submitted through the Contact and Dealer forms.
• Site security: preventing abuse, automated requests and fraudulent activity.
• Compliance with legal obligations, e.g. retaining accounting documentation related to orders.

We do not use your personal data for direct marketing or advertising purposes, and we do not share it with third parties for their own commercial purposes.

Legal basis

• Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for managing orders and contact/dealer requests.
• Legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for Site security and abuse prevention.
• Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), where processing is required by applicable tax or accounting law.

Data retention

We retain order data for as long as needed to manage the order and for the period required by applicable tax and civil law (typically 10 years for accounting records). Data collected via the Contact and Dealer forms is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, afterwards, for a maximum of 24 months, unless earlier deletion is requested.

Your rights

Under Articles 15-22 GDPR, you may request at any time: access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure of data (where legally applicable), restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing. You can exercise these rights by writing to info@never-stop.eu.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) if you believe the processing of your data breaches applicable law.
