Terms and Conditions

General terms of sale and use of the website.

Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the never-stop.eu website (the "Site") and the sale of Never Stop products through the Site. The Site is owned and operated by Gomme & Service Italia S.r.l., registered office at Piazza G. Verdi 6, 16121 Genova (GE), Italy, VAT/tax number IT-02650951998, email info@never-stop.eu. By placing an order you fully accept these Terms. Purchases are restricted to users of legal age.

How to purchase

Orders are placed by selecting products, entering the required checkout details (first name, last name, email, country; phone and notes are optional) and completing payment via PayPal. The order is considered final once payment is confirmed; you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of unavailable stock, clear pricing or description errors, or suspected fraud — in that case we will contact you and, if payment was already made, the amount will be fully refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices shown on the Site are in Euro (EUR) and include VAT. The Site always recalculates price and availability for each product at the time of order; later changes do not affect orders already confirmed. The only accepted payment method is PayPal (including card payments processed via PayPal). The Site never has access to your card details.

Right of withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason, under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). See the Returns and Refunds page for the return and refund process.

Warranties

All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by improper use, normal wear, or negligence. For defective products, write to info@never-stop.eu — see also the Returns and Refunds page for the process.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes between Gomme & Service Italia S.r.l. and customers acting as consumers, the exclusive competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, as mandatorily required by the Italian Consumer Code. For disputes with customers acting as a business or professional (B2B), the exclusive competent court is that of Genoa (Italy).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; changes take effect upon publication on the Site and do not apply retroactively to orders already confirmed.
