Returns and Refunds

How and when returns and refunds are processed.

Right of withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason, under Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). The right of withdrawal only applies to purchases made by end consumers (B2C), not to business or professional customers (B2B).

How to return a product

To request a return or exchange:

  • Send a request to info@never-stop.eu with your first and last name, order number, and reason for the return or exchange.
  • Wait for our authorization: no return or exchange is accepted without prior authorization.
  • Once authorized, ship the product to: Gomme & Service Italia S.r.l. (G&S), Via M.C. Cambivoglia 50, 47521 Cesena (FC), Italy.

Products must be returned intact, unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for products that are defective due to a manufacturing fault, in which case they are borne by us.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund is issued within 14 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase (PayPal). Original shipping costs are not refunded, except in the case of goods that are defective due to a manufacturing fault.

Excluded products

Incomplete, damaged, or clearly used products cannot be returned. An exchange (e.g. for the wrong size) can be requested following the same process described above; shipping costs for the exchange are borne by the customer.
